[REQUEST] Adding a way to get a link to a specific blog post reply

At the moment there is no way to get a link to a particular blog post reply. Something similar like the #123456 in the forum replies header.

I just noticed that when you add a new comment to a blog post you get those #123456 links, but they don't seem to scroll the view to the correct location when you use them.
