[BUG] "replying to user_name" text doesn't use the correct user name.

When responding to a post, the text always says "Replying to mrmixer" instead of "Replying to the_person_who_created_the_thread".

This bug should be fixed now. Additionally, replies to the OP will no longer be treated as replies, since this was causing every post to show up as a reply.
