Lucian Radu Teodorescu holds a PhD in programming languages, and is a Software Architect at Garmin International. He likes challenges; and understanding the essence of things (if there is one) constitutes the biggest challenge of all. In his spare time Lucian works on the Sparrow programming language; he is pretty fond of the Sparrow vision, and (foolishly?) thinks that with a bit of luck and a lot of hard work, Sparrow can be a widely used programming language.
