If I am looking at one of my own project pages, and click the "Settings" link at the top right of the page (the one with the gear), I get a page with only an error message like:

Sorry about that - project settings haven’t been ported yet because in the very very near future (like, this coming week) we’re going to be rolling out some big changes to projects. In the meantime, if there are changes you want made, just let us know here or by email and we’ll take care of it manually.
