My build system can now compile itself. :D

I am really frustrated with how messy build systems are simply because they assume too much or assume too little. I also wish build systems prioritized portability over everything else. That's why I decided to write a build system that can be compiled with a single compiler command as well as also asking the host for so-called "drivers" telling it how to generate compiler commands to use.

I plan on replacing GNU Make with this in my text editor project.

Oh, and yes, Lua is vendored. The reason I can do tcc -o mbs mbs.c without specifying any Lua source files is because I do a unity build with the Lua source files. :)
