PortableBuildTools 2.0 has been released!

Big rewrite has happened with big changes, mostly concerning resource usage and stability.

Note-worthy:
Added official support for Windows 7 (it more-or-less worked on it before by pure chance).
Language was changed from Odin to C (related to the previous change).
Fixed all of the known and unknown bugs that were previously there.
GUI was re-made to be DPI-aware with proper scaling.
Reduced dependencies on external libraries and runtimes (executable size went from ~660kb to ~134kb).
Reduced RAM usage from >200mb peak to <15mb constant (counting the memory which Windows allocates in the process by itself).
Significantly reduced CPU usage during installation.
Added cli option list which shows all available versions.
Added the option to use Preview channel.
