Leave unsubstantiated or unjust criticism on someone's work, or disparage a person while critiquing their work.

Perhaps include that "someone" includes the people that aren't a member of HMN. I really wouldn't like HMN to become an elitist bunch of hipsters doing little more that disparaging the current state of programming and feeling better than others because "we know better".
