One of the basic functions in medical image viewing is to be able to change the window/level so that different tissues/materials are visible. In most software, I find this adjustment cumbersome, so I experimented here with a slider like in video editing/playback where you get a sequence of mini preview images. Here the slide adjusts the window center, while a separate slider adjusts the window width. &radiotron

I didn't have as much time as I'd like to work on my project, but was finally able to load a DICOM into Radiotron. It's not the most complicated DICOM and probably there are many I can't load yet, but it's always nice to see the images displayed and be able to scroll through the slices. One philisophy of mine I always tend to forget is, "make things work first"; I sometimes get too caught up with doing something right I forget I should first just make it work. &radiotron

I've been working on and off on a medical image segmentation tool I call Radiotron. I was frustrated with the current tools, how they good simple things wrong and how slow they are. I have reached a MVP stage of the software and would like to showcase it here. Next, I want to implement loading and exporting of nrrd files and loading of DICOM files. After that I'll work on the 3D view.
