Windows has 2 screenshot utilities. Neither of them can let you set timers beyond a few pre-defined ones, nor can let you choose whether you want to capture the mouse cursor. Will I be able to do better? I never used the screen capturing APIs, so I don't know. The goal is to get anything working at all, then start adding features like:
- Custom timers
- Multi-window capture with per-window settings
- Hotkeys
