An on screen drawing piece of software that allows the user to draw anywhere on the screen without having to make a screenshot and then having to open it in some app like Paint draw.

I personally do that and use Telegram’s Saved Messages to open a screen shot there and draw on it. So having a separate “integrated” into the screen app to do it would be great. Also its something i feel like i could make, so there we go.
